Bhavsar Foundation (Formerly Bhaskar Foundation) was sanctioned a skill development project by Odisha State Employment Mission (OSEM), Department of Employment & Technical Education & Training, Govt. of Odisha. Project was implemented in year 2013 and beneficiaries were trained in various sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Electrical, Information & Communication Technology etc.

Under this Skill Development Programme, training was imparted to 750 candidates in various districts of  Odisha with more than 70% of Placement.
