Training Program under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) 

 
Under the scheme of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Government of Uttar Pradesh envisages to provide safe and adequate drinking water to all the rural households in the state. We have been empanelled by the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam to build the capacity of 6200 selected beneficiaries of District Auraiya and provide them training in trades like masonry, plumbing, electrician, motor mechanic, fitter and pump operator.

Kushal Yuva Programe (KYP)

We are implementing “Kushal Yuva Program” a unique skill training programme of Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM), Govt. of Bihar which would enhance the employability Skills of all aspirants in the age group of 15-25 years.

Under this “Kushal Yuva Program” we have 6 Bihar Skill Development Centre (BSDCs) in Araria, Purnia and Saran district. We are providing Soft Skills training would comprise of Life skills, Communications Skills (English & Hindi) and Basic computer literacy which in turn would enhance their employability.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) – Rural Mason Training

PMAY-Gramin being implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India with the aim to providing a pucca house, with basic amenities, to all houseless householder and those households living in kutcha and dilapidated house, by 2022. The immediate objective of this scheme is to cover one crore households living in a kutcha house or dilapidated houses. It will enable the beneficiaries for the construction of quality houses using local materials, trained masons and designs.

Bhavsar Foundation has partnered with many state governments in implementing mason training programmee under PMAY – G including Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal etc. More than 20000 candidates have been trained and certified under this project so far. Few of our candidates were awarded training certificates by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, Govt. of India.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) – BoCW

Bhavsar Foundation is implementing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) scheme with various State Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Boards for Construction workers under the guidelines of DGE&T, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India. The objective of this scheme is to provide skill gap training to the construction workers as per NOS (National Occupational Standards) as prescribed by Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI). We are empanelled partner with DGET to implement the RPL scheme. We have trained more than 1.50 lakh candidates under this RPL scheme with following partnered BoCW Welfare Boards-

  • BoCW, Odisha
  • BoCW, Jharkhand
  • Madhya Pradesh (MPCVET and MPBoCW)
  • BoCW, Uttarakhand
  • BoCW, Maharashtra,
  • BoCW, Delhi

This skill up-gradation programme is targeted for the following trades of construction:

  • Bar-Bending
  • Masonry
  • Shuttering Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Painting
  • Scaffolding
  • Assistant Electrician etc.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) – MoRTH, GoI

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) scheme being implemented by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Govt. of India to provide onsite training to the construction workers. We are providing training under this scheme in the state of Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi/NCR and Jammu & Kashmir. More than 10000 candidates have been trained and further training is undergoing.

SSDF STT & RPL

We are implementing “SSDF STT & RPL Scheme” under Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM), Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. Under this scheme we are conducting Short Term with RPL training in the district of Mirzapur, Sonebhadra, Varanasi and Sultanpur of Uttar Pradesh in multiple sectors like Construction, Apparel, Textile, Beauty & Wellness and Plumbing etc.

Under RPL training we have trained more than 2000 candidates successfully in multiple trades and 324 candidates are undertraining under Short Term Training (STT) in Apparel Sector.
